  • Pre-project survey – we study your task cards, regulations, processes and existing training, then write the functional and technical scenario requirements.
  • Scenario design and build – interactive VR exercises modelled on your facility, with step-by-step procedures and error notifications.
  • Defect injection – we add noise, vibration, leaks and faults so trainees solve problems instead of memorising a fixed path.
  • Entry and exit testing – assess the starting level, then measure progress; automatic grading in exam mode.
  • Instructor dashboards – assign courses by role, department or project; track completion, accuracy and time-on-task with exportable reports.
