Integration without middleware lock-in

Many building management systems sit behind proprietary middleware you can’t get inside. Our integration doesn’t depend on it. Where middleware access is restricted, we use secure network-level discovery – active and passive scanning – to map every device that speaks an open protocol (BACnet/IP, Modbus TCP, M-Bus), then build direct communication bridges with per-device polling. The twin runs fully and in real time without relying on the middleware API, so a closed BMS never blocks the project.
