Lenovo in the UAE, delivered and supported by 10ⁿ Tech
From the ThinkPad on the desk to the ThinkSystem in the rack, one vendor and one support line
Lenovo reaches most of our customers twice: once as the laptop fleet and once as the servers behind it. On its own site Lenovo organises the infrastructure side into servers (tower, rack, edge and AI), ThinkSystem storage, ThinkAgile hyperconverged and software-defined systems, Hybrid AI, Neptune liquid cooling, Edge AI, hybrid cloud and TruScale infrastructure as a service, with ThinkPad, ThinkCentre and ThinkStation on the client side. 10ⁿ Tech resells, installs and supports the lot in Dubai and across the UAE, buying through Lenovo's UAE distribution and delivering with our own engineers.
A word on scale. Lenovo builds supercomputers and liquid-cooled AI racks for research centres; in the UAE those are direct engagements. What we sell is what a mid-size company or a government department orders: two to twenty ThinkSystem hosts, a DE or DM array, a ThinkAgile HX or VX cluster where the customer wants one stack and one support call, ThinkStation workstations for the engineering desks, and a ThinkPad fleet with imaging and asset tags. Lenovo's pull for that buyer is price: on a like-for-like SR650 the hardware quote usually lands a few percent under the other two x86 brands, and the support contracts are simpler to read. The next box, whatever size, comes from the same price list.

How we work with Lenovo in Dubai
We have Lenovo ThinkSystem SR650 hosts under our support in a colocation facility in Dubai for a group of trading and holding companies, alongside HPE storage and Huawei switching from earlier phases. That mixed estate is typical of what we run, and it is why we do not sell one vendor only: the job is to make the new node join the old cluster without a weekend outage.
For a shrimp-farm IT and OT design in Oman with a fixed 2028 cutover, the storage layer went to Lenovo DE6400 because the ERP was SAP HANA and the certification list settled the choice. Where a customer's incumbent storage is not on that list, we say so early rather than discover it at go-live.
Most of our Lenovo work is quieter than either: a ThinkPad refresh for a 150-seat office, two SR650 hosts replacing a pair out of warranty, a ThinkStation for a new BIM hire. Lenovo's own line is that its servers are built for organisations of all sizes; in our experience the small orders are where the price difference is felt most.

How to buy Lenovo through 10ⁿ Tech
We quote from the vendor's UAE distribution within two working days, with part numbers, stock position and lead time on the quote. Hardware prices converge across integrators because everyone buys from the same three or four distributors; where 10ⁿ Tech differs is the services line: sizing, installation, migration with verification gates, and day-2 operations under a support contract. Payment is 50% on order and 50% on delivery for projects; renewals are invoiced annually.

Which Lenovo storage is certified for SAP HANA?
As of the June 2026 SAP HANA Hardware Directory, Lenovo DE6400F and DE6400H are certified enterprise storage for HANA tailored data centre integration. We check the directory again before locking any HANA design.
Do you supply Lenovo laptops as well as servers?
Yes. ThinkPad and ThinkCentre fleets are part of most refresh quotes we issue, usually alongside the servers they connect to, with imaging, asset tags and a delivery schedule.
How long does Lenovo hardware take to arrive in the UAE?
Stock configurations ship from regional distribution in one to three weeks. Configured-to-order systems run six to twelve weeks; we quote the lead time with the price and propose a stock alternative when a date is fixed.
