Cisco partner in Dubai

Cisco in the UAE, delivered and supported by 10ⁿ Tech

A Cisco fabric under a GPU cluster and a Cisco renewal for a DIFC office are the same relationship, six years apart

Cisco sells five things and says so on its own site: networking (Catalyst and Nexus switching, Wi-Fi 7, Meraki and Catalyst Center management), security (Secure Firewall, Secure Access, Duo, Umbrella, email security, Hypershield), observability (Splunk, ThousandEyes, AppDynamics), collaboration (the Webex Suite and devices) and computing (UCS servers, Intersight, AI PODs), tied together with an AI assistant and an Enterprise Agreement. 10ⁿ Tech resells, installs and renews the networking, security, collaboration and computing lines in Dubai and across the UAE, buys through Cisco's UAE distribution, and delivers with its own engineers.

A word on scale. Service-provider routing, Silicon One fabrics and Splunk enterprise deals go through Cisco's direct teams and its largest partners. What we sell is the Cisco that most UAE enterprises already own: a Nexus fabric for a new data-centre pod, a Catalyst refresh for an office, a Meraki stack for a branch, a Secure Firewall pair, Duo for the staff, a Webex room kit for the boardroom, a UCS C-series host in a Cisco-standard estate. Two things follow. New work is usually an extension of an estate that exists. And renewals are where that estate quietly decays: Smart Net on switches bought in different years, email security on another date, a UCS server whose support lapsed. We do both, and the renewal work is often how the relationship starts.

How we work with Cisco in Dubai

A DIFC-regulated financial firm renews its Cisco email and web security subscriptions through us each year, alongside its Microsoft 365 estate; the value is the calendar, the correct SKU and a quote that arrives before the deadline rather than after it. A Dubai capital group runs Cisco switching and servers in a colocation facility we operate, with the tape and the rack from the same contract.

In the sovereign AI platform we designed for a federal entity, the fabric under the sixteen H200s was Cisco Nexus at 25 and 100 GbE. GPU estates are unforgiving about the network: the fabric bill has to include the optics, the rails and the out-of-band switch, or the first day of commissioning is spent on a purchase order.

In 2026 we re-registered our Cisco partner account under the new company name through Cisco's UAE distributor, with Cisco's SMB territory team working our deals in the meantime. Cisco's records now carry 10 n Tech FZ-LLC; the renewals and the deal registrations continue.

Where it has gone

  • Cisco email and web security renewals for a DIFC-regulated financial firm, on one calendar with its Microsoft estate
  • Cisco switching and UCS servers in a Dubai colocation pod we operate for a capital group
  • A Cisco Nexus 25 and 100 GbE fabric in the design of a sixteen-GPU sovereign AI platform
  • UCS C220 M7 servers and Catalyst switching quoted for Dubai customers through Cisco's UAE distribution in 2026

How to buy Cisco through 10ⁿ Tech

We quote from the vendor's UAE distribution within two working days, with part numbers, stock position and lead time on the quote. Hardware prices converge across integrators because everyone buys from the same three or four distributors; where 10ⁿ Tech differs is the services line: sizing, installation, migration with verification gates, and day-2 operations under a support contract. Payment is 50% on order and 50% on delivery for projects; renewals are invoiced annually.

Frequently asked questions

What does 10ⁿ Tech sell from the Cisco catalogue?

Catalyst, Nexus and Meraki networking, Wi-Fi, Secure Firewall, Secure Access, Umbrella, Duo and email security, Webex devices and licences, UCS servers and Intersight, ThousandEyes and Splunk licences, and every Smart Net and subscription renewal, quoted through Cisco's UAE distribution. Service-provider platforms go through Cisco directly.

Can 10ⁿ Tech renew Cisco Smart Net contracts on equipment we bought elsewhere?

Yes. Smart Net and software subscriptions are tied to serial numbers. Send us the serials; we return a renewal quote with coverage matched to each device and the contracts aligned to one date.

Nexus or Catalyst for a small data centre?

Catalyst 9000 covers a small server room with a handful of hosts. A Nexus 9000 spine-leaf fabric is the answer once there is a storage network, a Kubernetes cluster or GPUs to carry, or when the site will grow. We size to the three-year plan, not the day-one host count.

Do you deliver Meraki?

Yes. Meraki suits branches and sites without local IT: switching, wireless, security and cameras managed from one dashboard, licences on one anniversary, zero-touch deployment from our office.

Webex or Microsoft Teams for our meeting rooms?

Usually both: Webex room devices register to Teams as well, and most UAE offices run Teams for meetings with Webex hardware in the room. We install the room kit, the displays and the audio, and integrate it with whichever calendar the customer uses.
