Dell Technologies in the UAE, delivered and supported by 10ⁿ Tech
One catalogue from the laptop on the desk to the GPU rack in the data centre
Dell appears in most of our infrastructure quotes because one vendor covers the desk, the server room and the support contract. Dell Technologies describes itself as a company built to drive human progress through technology, and organises its portfolio around five things: AI (the Dell AI Factory), IT infrastructure (PowerEdge servers, data storage, networking), cyber resilience (PowerProtect), private cloud on disaggregated infrastructure, and the Dell Pro client line. 10ⁿ Tech resells, installs and supports all five in Dubai and across the UAE, buying through Dell's UAE distribution and delivering with our own engineers.
A word on scale. Dell sells rack-scale AI systems and liquid-cooled PowerRack cabinets to hyperscalers; in the UAE those go through Dell's direct enterprise teams, not through a 30-person integrator. What we sell is the part of the same catalogue that a ministry department, a developer, a clinic group or a manufacturing plant actually orders: two to twenty PowerEdge nodes, a PowerStore or PowerScale array, a PowerProtect appliance, a rack of PowerSwitch, a few hundred Dell Pro laptops and workstations, and the support contracts that keep them under warranty. The advantage of Dell for that buyer is that the small order and the large one come from one price list, one support desk and one management stack (iDRAC, OpenManage, APEX AIOps), so what starts as three servers can grow into a GPU cluster without changing vendor.

What we deliver with Dell Technologies
| Product line | Typical use | How we deliver it |
|---|---|---|
| Dell AI Factory: PowerEdge XE9680, XE7745, R770 and R760xa with NVIDIA or AMD accelerators | On-premises AI inference and fine-tuning, GPU-backed virtual desktops, model hosting behind a government firewall | We size from the model and the concurrency, check kW per rack before we quote, and deliver the node with the NVIDIA AI Enterprise or open-source stack the customer runs. Dell counts over 5,000 AI Factory customers worldwide (Dell, April 2026); ours are in the two-to-six-node range |
| PowerEdge rack and tower servers: R770, R760, R7625, R6615, T560 | Virtualisation, databases, Kubernetes, ERP, branch and edge compute | Sized from workload, delivered racked and cabled, joined to the hypervisor or Kubernetes cluster you run; iDRAC and OpenManage Enterprise configured on day one |
| PowerStore, PowerMax, PowerFlex, PowerScale, ObjectScale | Block for SAP HANA and databases, mission-critical arrays, software-defined block, file and object at scale | PowerStore and PowerScale are our routine quotes; PowerStore is on the SAP HANA Hardware Directory. PowerMax and PowerFlex we design with Dell's UAE specialists; we state data-reduction assumptions on the quote |
| PowerProtect Data Domain, Data Manager and Cyber Recovery vault | Backup, immutable copies, isolated recovery for ransomware | Dell was named a Leader in the June 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Backup and Data Protection Platforms for the 21st time (Dell's statement). We deploy Data Domain as the target, Data Manager or Veeam as the software, and run restore tests before sign-off |
| Dell Private Cloud and disaggregated infrastructure (PowerEdge + PowerStore or PowerFlex + PowerSwitch, Dell Automation Platform) | Replacing three-tier or HCI estates, VMware alternatives, private cloud for regulated data | We build the classic three-tier version routinely; the automated Dell Private Cloud stack we deliver with Dell's regional team on the first project |
| Dell NativeEdge and PowerEdge XR edge servers | Plant floors, sites, retail, remote offices | Ruggedised compute with central management; installed and cabled on site by our engineers |
| PowerSwitch networking (Z, S and N series) | Data-centre spine and leaf, campus access, GPU fabrics | Configured to a written design; we run the cut-over window and document the fabric |
| Dell Pro, Dell Pro Max and Precision workstations, monitors, docks | Engineering desks, 3D and BIM workstations, desk-side AI (Dell Pro Max with NVIDIA GB10), fleet refresh | Quoted in volume with imaging, asset tags and a delivery schedule; our own twin and VR studios run on Dell Pro Max workstations |
| Dell APEX subscriptions and Dell Financial Services | Paying for infrastructure as a service rather than capital | We structure the term and quantities with Dell's UAE team and hand the customer one invoice; the hardware and support underneath are the same |
| ProSupport and ProSupport Plus renewals | Existing PowerEdge, storage and client estates | Serial-level renewal quotes 90 days ahead; one anniversary date where possible; entitlement transfers handled when equipment moves between companies |
How we work with Dell Technologies in Dubai
When a government training programme in Abu Dhabi asked for an AI virtual trainer with a self-hosted model and no external API, the compute design was a four-node PowerEdge R7625 cluster plus two R770 nodes carrying NVIDIA H200 NVL, with a SAN behind it. The choice was not brand loyalty; it was the fastest configuration to quote with regional stock, at a power draw the customer's room could take.
Most of our Dell work is less dramatic than that: a two-node R760 pair replacing servers out of warranty, an ME5 or PowerStore array behind them, a Data Domain for backup, and a ProSupport contract that lines up all the serial numbers on one date. That is the work Dell's own numbers point at: its server management tools are pitched at deploying 100 servers faster, not at building one supercomputer.
The same logic runs the other way. If a customer's estate is HPE or Lenovo and the new node is one more virtualisation host, we quote that brand, not Dell, because a single-vendor cluster is easier to support than a mixed one. Dell earns its place on the merits of the specific box, and on the fact that the next box, whatever size, is on the same price list.
Where it has gone
- A four-node PowerEdge R7625 cluster plus two R770 H200 NVL nodes designed for a self-hosted AI training platform at a UAE government training centre
- PowerEdge R760 and ME5 storage under ProSupport for a Dubai food-security company, with the renewal and RAID-failure case handled through our support desk in 2026
- PowerEdge and PowerStore in mixed estates we support in Dubai colocation facilities alongside other vendors
- Dell client devices for a 300-seat virtual desktop estate under our managed services

How to buy Dell Technologies through 10ⁿ Tech
We quote from the vendor's UAE distribution within two working days, with part numbers, stock position and lead time on the quote. Hardware prices converge across integrators because everyone buys from the same three or four distributors; where 10ⁿ Tech differs is the services line: sizing, installation, migration with verification gates, and day-2 operations under a support contract. Payment is 50% on order and 50% on delivery for projects; renewals are invoiced annually.
Contact us with the part numbers or the workload and the date; we reply within a working day.
Frequently asked questions
What does 10ⁿ Tech actually sell from the Dell catalogue?
Everything Dell sells through its UAE channel: PowerEdge servers including GPU nodes, PowerStore, PowerScale, PowerFlex and PowerMax storage, PowerProtect data protection, PowerSwitch networking, NativeEdge, the Dell Pro client line, APEX subscriptions and support renewals. Rack-scale AI systems and hyperscale deals go through Dell's direct enterprise teams; we tell you when that is the right route.
Can 10ⁿ Tech supply Dell servers with NVIDIA GPUs in the UAE?
Yes. PowerEdge R760xa, R770 and XE-series configurations with NVIDIA H200 NVL, L40S and newer accelerators are quoted through Dell's UAE distribution. GPU nodes carry longer lead times than standard servers and a per-rack power check; both are on the quote.
Is Dell PowerStore certified for SAP HANA?
Yes. Dell PowerStore is listed as certified enterprise storage on the SAP HANA Hardware Directory as of June 2026. We re-check the directory before locking a HANA design.
Do you sell Dell laptops and workstations, or only data-centre equipment?
Both. Dell Pro laptops, Dell Pro Max and Precision workstations and monitors are part of most refresh quotes we issue, usually alongside the servers they connect to. Volume orders come with imaging, asset tags and a delivery schedule.
PowerProtect or Veeam for backup?
Often both: Data Domain as the deduplicating target, Veeam or PowerProtect Data Manager as the software, depending on what the team already runs. We are a partner of both vendors and design the restore test before the purchase order.
Do you support Dell equipment we bought elsewhere?
Yes, under a support contract, provided the equipment is under Dell warranty or ProSupport. We start with an inventory at serial level, transfer entitlements where ownership changed, and align renewals to one date.
