HPE describes itself as a leader in essential enterprise technology that brings together AI, cloud and networking, and lays its portfolio out in six lines: compute (ProLiant), storage (Alletra), networking (HPE Networking, which now carries Aruba and the Juniper products), supercomputing (Cray), software and services, with HPE GreenLake as the consumption model over all of them. 10ⁿ Tech resells, installs and supports the compute, storage, tape and networking lines in Dubai and across the UAE, buys through HPE's UAE distribution, and runs the estates under its own support contracts.
A word on scale. HPE Cray supercomputers and rack-scale private cloud AI systems are sold by HPE's direct enterprise teams. What we sell is the HPE that a trading group, a fund, a clinic or a holding company runs for five years without drama: ProLiant DL380 and DL360 hosts, MSA or Alletra arrays behind them, an SN-series fibre-channel pair, an MSL tape library for the offline copy, Aruba switching and Wi-Fi in the office, and the renewal SKUs that keep it all in support. HPE's 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant position for wired and wireless LAN (furthest in vision, highest in execution for the fifth time, by HPE's statement) matters to that buyer because the same vendor now covers the rack and the campus.

How we work with HPE in Dubai
Across four related companies in one Dubai colocation facility, the estate we support is mostly HPE: DL380 Gen10 hosts, MSA 2060 arrays with expansion enclosures, SN6010C fibre-channel switches and an MSL2024 tape library, with Huawei core switches and a Check Point pair around them. Each year we produce the renewal quote at serial level, with the durations aligned so the customer signs once. That is unglamorous work and it is where most of the trust in an integrator is earned.
For a European data-centre migration into a Dubai colocation facility, completed in four months, the target cluster was built new while the HPE storage and SAN from the earlier phase kept running. The migration plan had verification gates at each step, which is the part of the service line that a hardware quote alone never shows.
HPE quotes us directly through its partner quoting tools, and HPE's UAE account managers issue our renewal quotes; that is what a partner relationship looks like day to day, more than any logo on a wall.

How to buy HPE through 10ⁿ Tech
We quote from the vendor's UAE distribution within two working days, with part numbers, stock position and lead time on the quote. Hardware prices converge across integrators because everyone buys from the same three or four distributors; where 10ⁿ Tech differs is the services line: sizing, installation, migration with verification gates, and day-2 operations under a support contract. Payment is 50% on order and 50% on delivery for projects; renewals are invoiced annually.

Does 10ⁿ Tech handle HPE warranty and support renewals in the UAE?
Yes. We inventory the estate at serial level, map each device to its HPE support SKU, and quote renewals 90 days before expiry with durations aligned to one anniversary. Most of the HPE equipment we support was not originally bought through us.
Which HPE storage is certified for SAP HANA?
HPE Alletra MP B10000 (also listed as Storage MP B10000) is certified enterprise storage on the SAP HANA Hardware Directory as of June 2026. MSA arrays are not; we say so when a HANA workload is in scope.
Aruba or Juniper for a new office network?
Both are HPE Networking now. Aruba CX and Aruba Central cover the campus and branch cases we meet most; Juniper comes in for WAN routing and where a customer already runs it. We size to the three-year plan and quote the transceivers with the switches.
Is tape still worth having?
For an offline copy that ransomware cannot reach, yes. An MSL library with LTO-9 media is the cheapest air gap per terabyte, and Veeam writes to it natively. We include it in most backup designs alongside a hardened disk repository.
