Microsoft in the UAE, licensed and delivered by 10ⁿ Tech
The licences your finance team expects and the Azure architecture your security team will accept
Microsoft now frames its whole cloud around AI: Microsoft 365 with Copilot in the everyday apps, Azure and Azure AI Foundry for building and running agents, Fabric for the data underneath, Dynamics 365 for business applications, and Entra, Defender and Purview to secure and govern all of it, sold on the Microsoft Cloud and, in the UAE, run from the Azure UAE North and UAE Central regions. 10ⁿ Tech is a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (indirect reseller) based in Dubai: we license Microsoft 365, Copilot, Windows Server and Azure through the CSP programme, design and build Azure landing zones with residency controls, migrate workloads with verification gates, run day-2 operations, and design Azure AI Foundry platforms where the deployment type, not the region name, keeps inference in the country.
A word on scale. Enterprise agreements for the largest UAE organisations are handled by Microsoft's own account teams and the large licensing partners. What we sell is Microsoft for the mid-size company and the government department: seats and renewals on one calendar, a Windows Server Datacenter licence for the new host, an Exchange Server for a company keeping mail on-premises, and an Azure estate small enough to reconcile line by line. The part that changed in the last two years is Azure. UAE North now carries Azure AI Foundry, GPU instances and regional model deployments, and the difference between a compliant design and a non-compliant one sits in details Microsoft documents but few integrators read: which deployment types process prompts in the geography, which models are available regionally, and what a private endpoint does and does not guarantee. We have written those details up in public.

What we deliver with Microsoft
| Product line | Typical use | How we deliver it |
|---|---|---|
| Microsoft 365 E3 and E5, Business Premium, Teams Phone, Microsoft 365 Copilot | Seat licensing, renewals, Copilot rollouts | CSP new-commerce subscriptions, annual or monthly, with a renewal calendar we keep for you and a Copilot readiness check on data permissions before the licences go live |
| Windows Server, SQL Server and Exchange Server | On-premises estates, databases, mail kept in the UAE | Datacenter and Standard editions sized to cores; Exchange Server for companies keeping mail on-premises |
| Azure landing zone in UAE North | Any regulated or government Azure estate | Management groups, hub-and-spoke network, private endpoints, Entra ID and policy guardrails, from infrastructure code you keep |
| Azure migration and day-2 operations | Moving estates from on-premises or other clouds | Verification gates at each step, reserved instances where a workload runs continuously, monthly cost report |
| Azure AI Foundry and Foundry Agent Service | Agentic AI for government and enterprise | Residency by data classification: regional provisioned deployments for personal and classified data, global for public content, documented and tested in week one |
| Azure GPU instances (ND H200 v5 and successors) | Self-hosted models before or instead of on-premises GPUs | Reserved capacity in UAE North with the same Kubernetes deployment we use on-premises, so the workload can move later |
| Microsoft Fabric and Dynamics 365 | Analytics platform, ERP and CRM | Licensed through CSP; implementation with a specialised Microsoft partner where the project needs one, which we say up front |
| Entra ID, Defender and Purview | Identity, endpoint and email security, data governance | Configured as part of the Microsoft 365 rollout; conditional access and device compliance before Copilot |
| Azure backup and DR | Azure estates that need a copy outside Azure | Veeam or native backup to a UAE repository; DR patterns matched to the customer's targets |
How we work with Microsoft in Dubai
A DIFC-regulated financial firm runs its Microsoft 365 E5 estate and its Azure subscription through us, with reserved instances applied to the workloads that never switch off and an invoice that reconciles to the Azure bill line by line. Licensing sounds trivial until the renewal is late or the SKU is wrong; the value is in the calendar and the reconciliation.
For a UAE government programme we designed an Azure-native agentic AI platform in UAE North: Foundry Agent Service, AI Search, Speech, Document Intelligence and Content Safety behind private endpoints, with inference placed by data classification because Microsoft's own documentation says global deployment types may process prompts in any region. The design put a capacity test in week one, since availability in a region is not the same as capacity for you.
For a federal entity that could not wait for on-premises GPUs, the first wave ran on a reserved ND H200 v5 instance in UAE North with self-hosted models, no external API, and the confidential use cases held back for the sovereign estate. Cloud first, sovereign second, on Microsoft. Our Partner Center profile was re-verified under the new company name in August 2026; the CSP relationship runs through two UAE indirect providers.
Where it has gone
- Microsoft 365 E5 and Azure under CSP for a DIFC-regulated financial firm, with reserved instances and line-by-line invoice reconciliation
- An Azure-native agentic AI platform design in UAE North for a UAE government programme, residency by data classification
- A cloud-first wave on ND H200 v5 in UAE North for a federal AI programme, ahead of its on-premises estate
- Windows Server Datacenter and Exchange Server licensing for mid-size Dubai companies keeping estates on-premises
- Granular admin relationships with customer tenants for support and billing, approved through Partner Center in 2026

How to buy Microsoft through 10ⁿ Tech
Licences are provisioned through the CSP programme, usually within a working day of the order; renewals sit on a calendar we maintain and quote 60 days ahead. Azure consumption is billed monthly against the Azure usage, with reserved-instance savings shown separately. Landing-zone and migration work is priced as a project: 50% on order, 50% on completion of the verification gates.

Frequently asked questions
What does 10ⁿ Tech sell from the Microsoft catalogue?
Microsoft 365 and Copilot seats, Windows Server, SQL Server and Exchange licences, Azure subscriptions and reserved capacity, Azure AI Foundry platform design, Fabric and Dynamics 365 licences, and the security stack around them, all through the Cloud Solution Provider programme. Large enterprise agreements go through Microsoft directly.
Does Azure UAE North keep our data in the UAE?
Data at rest, yes. Inference on AI models depends on the deployment type: Microsoft states that global types may process prompts in any Azure region, while standard and regional provisioned types stay in the geography. Private endpoints secure the network path only. We design by data classification and document it.
Can 10ⁿ Tech sell us Microsoft 365 and Azure together?
Yes, both through the Cloud Solution Provider programme on one account, with one renewal calendar. Existing subscriptions can be transferred to us at renewal without reinstalling anything.
Is Microsoft 365 Copilot ready to roll out in our company?
Only after a permissions review. Copilot surfaces whatever a user can already open, which in most tenants is more than anyone intended. We run the review, fix the sharing, then license the seats.
Do you run Azure for us after the migration?
Yes. Day-2 operations cover monitoring, patching, backup, cost management and a monthly report, under a support contract with response times. Infrastructure code stays in your repository so you can leave at any time.
