- Data protection, backup and disaster recovery – structured backup tiers and retention with tested restore procedures, and DR planning anchored in what is actually deployed: inventories, verification gates, and test programs with pass/fail evidence.
- End-user compute and collaboration – Citrix VDI built and migrated with production-first sequencing and clear day-2 ownership, plus enterprise telephony and unified communications delivered as a platform inside the wider datacenter and security design.
- Networking and cybersecurity – datacenter and campus networking (Cisco, Huawei, Aruba, Juniper) with perimeter security, segmentation and HA patterns, and identity-based access control for endpoints (NAC) with documented policy.
- Data migrations – datacenter and office migrations executed with explicit verification gates and rollback plans for core workloads – email, file services, full estates – minimizing disruption and “big bang” surprises.
