On-premise and sovereign AI, Dubai
The GPUs are the easy part. Power, cooling, environments and disaster recovery decide the date.
10ⁿ Tech designs and builds on-premise and sovereign AI in the UAE: private LLMs and AI agents on the customer’s own NVIDIA GPUs, or on Azure UAE North with the deployment type that keeps inference in the country. We size the estate to the rack, from DGX Spark units on a desk to sixteen H200s on two 32 kW feeds.
What we build
| Build | What it covers | Where we wrote it up |
|---|---|---|
| A GPU estate in your data centre | Racks, power, cooling, environments and disaster recovery | Sixteen H200s, two 32 kW feeds, six environments on two nodes |
| Desk-side AI for a team | DGX Spark units for development and fine-tuning, a GB300 for serving | DGX Spark or GB300: what each runs |
| Cloud first, sovereign second | Start on cloud by data class while the hardware ships | Starting before the hardware arrives |
| Private LLM applications and agents | Models behind a gateway, so changing vendor is configuration | The Trader Intelligence Desk demo in Azure UAE North |
| Residency on Azure UAE North | The deployment type that keeps inference in the country | Data residency depends on the deployment type |
What decides the date
A GPU server is quoted at 10 to 16 weeks from order, and a rack built for 6 kW will not take a 15 kW node. Most programmes find this out after they have announced a date. So we start from the room: the feeds, the cooling, how many environments share the nodes, and whether disaster recovery means a second site or a restore plan.
Then we split the work by data class. Public content can run on cloud now; the classes the law or the board keeps on site wait for the sovereign estate. That way the first wave ships on the promised date and the hardware arrives when it arrives.

How a project runs
- Classify the data and decide what must stay on site.
- Size the estate: models, users, environments, and the rack power and cooling they need.
- Order the hardware and start the first wave on cloud for the data classes that allow it.
- Install the cluster, the model gateway and the governance layer: approval inboxes, action logs, an agent registry.
- Move the confidential workloads on site and hand over the infrastructure code.
Frequently asked questions
Who can deploy a private LLM on-premise in the UAE?
10ⁿ Tech designs and builds on-premise AI on the customer’s own NVIDIA GPUs, with the agents and the governance layer on top. At national scale Core42 runs sovereign cloud; Aleria builds air-gapped systems; TierOne supplies GPU hardware. See AI companies in Dubai.
Does Azure UAE North keep inference in the UAE?
Only with the right deployment type. The region name on the resource does not decide where a model runs; the deployment type does, and the list of models available in-region is short. Check it per model before a design is signed.
How long does GPU hardware take to arrive in the UAE?
Servers are typically quoted at 10 to 16 weeks from order, before the site survey and any power works. Programmes that keep their dates start the first wave on cloud for the data classes that allow it.
DGX Spark or GB300?
A GB300 serves large models to a whole team; a DGX Spark has enough memory to fine-tune a 70-billion-parameter model but is too slow to serve one to many people. Put serving on the GB300 and development on the Sparks.
Is 10ⁿ Tech a Dubai AI Seal holder?
